I'm Leann Herron, a Certified Life & Holistic Health Coach (HCI/ICF), trauma-informed coach, podcast host, and founder of Finding Resilience with Leann.
Like many women, I spent years believing my worth was measured by how much I could do for everyone else. I built a successful career in accounting before transitioning into the legal field as a legal assistant and paralegal. I raised a family, checked all the boxes, and kept pushing through exhaustion because that's what I thought strong women were supposed to do.
Behind the scenes, I was living with the effects of childhood trauma, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and chronic stress. Eventually, my nervous system reached its limit.
I experienced debilitating brain fog, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic hives, overwhelming fatigue, and insomnia. Simple decisions became difficult, and I barely recognized myself. What I eventually realized was that burnout wasn't caused by one stressful season—it was the result of decades spent living in survival mode.
That realization changed my life.
I immersed myself in learning about trauma, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, holistic health, mindfulness, breathwork, and transformational coaching. I discovered that lasting healing isn't about simply talking through the past—it's about helping the mind and body feel safe enough to stop surviving and start thriving.
Today, I'm passionate about helping women recognize the signs of chronic stress and overwhelm before burnout steals their health, relationships, confidence, and joy.
My coaching combines trauma-informed principles with neuroscience, behavioral psychology, habit change, and holistic wellness to create sustainable transformation—not quick fixes. Every coaching relationship is personalized because no two women have the same story.
In addition to coaching, I'm the host of the Happiness On Tap Podcast, where I connect with experts, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders who share practical strategies for living healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives. I believe authentic conversations have the power to spark transformation.
