I'm a Certified Holistic Health and Life Coach, founder of Finding Resilience with Leann, and the Host of the Happiness On Tap podcast.
I work primarily with women—especially midlife women, caregivers, helpers, healers, and service professionals—who look like they have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside (that was me).
My work was born from my journey of trauma, burnout, rediscovery, and a deep personal connection to the struggles that women face in their quest for personal growth and optimal health and well-being (see My Story).
My triumph over these obstacles ignited a deep desire to help other women facing similar struggles.

My coaching work focuses on sustainable transformation, not quick fixes.
I guide women through a proven four-step system for transformation moving them from suffering to empowerment, with focus on safety, embodiment, nourishment, environment, and structure. My coaching is held in a container of compassion, curiosity, and confidentiality.
Combined with neuroscience, holistic health practices, and coaching principles I created my signature It’s YOUR Turn coaching program.
