Leann Herron is a Certified Life and Holistic Health Coach, founder of Finding Resilience with Leann, and the Host of the Happiness On Tap podcast.
Leann works primarily with women—especially midlife women, caregivers, helpers, healers, and service professionals—who look like they have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside.

Leann's work was born from her own journey of trauma, burnout and rediscovery, and combined with neuroscience, holistic health practices, and coaching principles to create her signature It’s YOUR Turn coaching program.
Leann guides women through a proven four-step system for transformation — moving you from suffering to empowerment, with focus on safety, embodiment, nourishment, environment, and structure. Her coaching is held in a container of compassion, curiosity, and confidentiality.
